Privacy Policy

BioTrackr (operator entity to be announced) is a personal health and treatment tracking tool. This policy explains what we store, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over your data.

Data We Store

• Account data — your name, email, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Health metrics — body composition from smart scales, wearable data (HRV, recovery, strain, sleep), blood pressure, and lab/diagnostic results you enter.
• Treatment & medication logs — courses, doses, schedules, and notes you record.
• Device data — measurements pulled from services you explicitly connect.

Where It Lives

Your data is stored on our own server, encrypted in transit via HTTPS, and reachable only by authenticated users. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal health data with anyone for advertising or any other purpose.

Service Providers

We rely on the following third parties only to run the service. Data reaches them solely to perform the function listed, never for their own use:

• Paddle — payment processing. Paddle is the Merchant of Record (the seller) for subscriptions and handles your billing details; we do not store your card.
• OpenAI — generates AI analysis of your treatment and health data when you use that feature.
• Brevo — sends transactional email (account and billing notifications).
• Telegram — delivers reminders, only if you choose to link a Telegram account.
• Whoop, Oura, Xiaomi — read your device measurements, only for services you explicitly connect, and only while connected.
• Cloudflare — provides the secure tunnel that serves the app.

Retention

We keep your data until you delete your account. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems.

Your Rights

You can export a copy of everything we hold about you and delete your account (with all its data) at any time from the Settings page — no need to contact anyone. You can also disconnect any linked device or service from Settings whenever you like.
